  From my perspective of 12 years plus as a seller, the biggest flaw in &lt;br&gt; the system is the lack of buyer controls. &lt;br&gt; Sellers are not allowed to select the level of security appropriate &lt;br&gt; for each auction. &lt;br&gt; Being able to set and select buyer performance levels would go far &lt;br&gt; prevent fraud allowed by the one-way feedback system.
